What Is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal imaging is where photographs are made up of heat signatures rather than light. This means that you can see things that would otherwise be hidden and invisible to the naked eye. We use Flir Thermal Imaging Cameras at our Inspections which help us detect moisture, water penetration, heat loss, electrical issues and insufficient insulation behind ceilings and walls.

Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable, strong-smelling chemical. Formaldehyde can cause irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat, even at low levels for short periods. Longer exposure or higher doses can cause coughing or choking. Formaldehyde can be found in Building materials such as pressed wood, foam insulation, wallpaper and paint. Household products such as glues, permanent press fabrics, lacquers and finishes.
