I’m Thiruvetkaran (TJ) Manoharan, the proud owner of iInspect GTA Inc. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
My career began back in 2009 when I hired a home inspector for my first home. I saw the difference he made to the situation and wanted to offer the same advantages to others in my community.
Over the eleven years that I have run iInspect GTA Inc., I obtained the designation of Certified Master Inspector – CMI in 2015 by the Master Inspector Certification Board and completed over seven thousand inspections.
The most enjoyable part of my work is that I get to be a part of something big in people’s lives. Buying a home is usually the most significant investment people make, so getting to be a part of that very happy and exciting event is inspiring. My philosophy is to work hard, be honest, and success will follow.
Why I’ve been successful
As an individual, my absolute commitment and dedication to my client’s well-being set me apart. It takes years to build a successful business, but just one mistake can bring it all crashing down. Diligent, honest, and informative inspections are what keep iInspect GTA Inc. on top of the game.
I attribute my success to hard work and consistency. Real estate agents and past clients are my number one source of business. Always being fair and straightforward with the people I work with is what I am known for.
Helping hundreds of clients make well-informed decisions has given me immense satisfaction over the years.
During my downtime
When I am not at work, I love spending time with my daughters, enjoying going to the movies, and trying new types of food and restaurants. I also love watching Anime and playing on my Playstation-5 to relax.
